In this 4 week online class, you’ll know how to tune with yourself, tune out the noise from others and the world, and feel a sense of inner peace that you can access yourself again and again.
This class is for you if you’re wanting more ease inside yourself. Less worried about how you show up. Or what others think of you. You are tired of avoiding or ignoring problems — you want to stop spending your energy in the ‘what-ifs’ of your next actions.

My goal for this class is that all of your “SELVES” rise up inside you.
Every week we will EXPERIENCE the power of your connection to something greater than your logical mind. You already know you can’t talk yourself into a Confident state of being.
You deserve to trust your abilities and not second guess yourself.
As a confidence coach,
I know from experience that each step you take to feeling inner-confidence is all about taking action in your life. This class is designed to make it easier for you to take those actions, to stop avoiding confrontation with others, and to feel an inner container of protection around yourself.
You’ll no longer be plagued by the question “Did I do it right?” Instead, you’ll know that how you did something at ANY MOMENT was the right way for you. And this means you are open to learning and growing without stopping yourself from being Who You Really Are out of fear of judgment from other.
I’ll guide you to drop into a greater state of relaxation, where you can literally request that any unwanted beliefs (you may be operating from) to be swept out of you like a deep cleansing of a home. And it’s both painless and you’ll be in complete control of saying yes or no to the prompts I’ll give you.
